The Summit of Summits taking place in June 2017



Key hospitality industry leaders are preparing to meet at this year’s Summit for hospitality & tourism to be held on 6th June and hosted by Principal Hotel Company at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, at what is a critical time for the industry.
The event falls at an unprecedented time following Brexit and other industry-wide challenges and issues, and as such is expected to attract a much wider representation of the sector.
The renowned yearly conference will provide specialist high level summits applying industry focus on the restaurant, aviation, distribution, technology and serviced apartment sectors with the hospitality framework. 
The event is a culmination of the British Hospitality AssociationGlobal Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF), Serviced Apartment SummitHotel Distribution EventAviaDev and the Airport Operators Association.
Ufi Ibrahim, Chief Executive of the BHA said, “The Summit is the leading platform for business leaders to exchange lessons learned and to explore opportunities for collaboration with government for the advancement of our industry and the economy.”

Delivering the distribution and technology segment is Andrew Sangster, Editorial Director, Hotel Analyst Group who has said, “This collaboration will allow us to share further our expertise within the distribution and technology space of hospitality.” 
The Airport Operators Association will be bringing the conversation of travel and tourism to The Summit. AOA Chairman Ed Anderson said: “With nearly three-quarters of visitors to the UK travelling by air, aviation is a vital part of the UK tourism industry. The Summit provides an opportunity to work together to improve the UK’s international connectivity and to better link airports with their surrounding tourism destinations, enabling the whole industry to grow."
