The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has announced that Tina Gaccetta will join the leadership team as Head of Events effective 1 March.
In this new position for the association, Gaccetta will be responsible for both strategy and execution of events hosted by SITE and the SITE Foundation.
“I am thrilled to welcome Tina to the SITE leadership team. Tina is an industry veteran and attracting her says a lot about our strong brand and commitment to excellence. Her vast industry knowledge, expertise and global experience will help SITE and the SITE Foundation raise our events to new heights from a design and execution standpoint,” said SITE CEO Didier Scaillet.
An event marketing and incentive travel industry veteran, Gaccetta has years of expertise designing memorable events and engaging incentive solutions that deliver measurable results. Supporting some of the top brands in the technology, automotive, financial and retail sectors she is recognized as a trendsetter, encouraging clients to think differently about their events and leveraging data analytics to create more personal connections and better event ROI.
“I’m excited to be joining the SITE leadership team and putting my expertise to work, starting with the fantastic SITE and Foundation events scheduled for 2018 and beyond,” Gaccetta stated.
Gaccetta began her career in the meetings and incentives industry as a Senior Travel Director for Carlson Marketing Group, traveling the globe delivering high impact meetings and incentive travel for Fortune 500 companies. Continuing to hone her expertise, she was promoted to Director of Event Operations and, ultimately, Vice President Client Services for One10 Marketing, formerly known as Aimia.
